2024 Kawasaki vulcan 800 problems

I've been having trouble getting the carburetor dialed in on my Vulcan 800. At this point, I'm not sure if my thoughts were correct, or if something else is causing the problem. It's a '99 VN800A with Cobra exhaust. I did the Russian Wolf EPA mod, and also drilled out the plug covering the air idle mixture screw.. La riviera nayarit old norcross

Kawasaki starters give little to no problems. 2. If it actually does have a dead spot, rebuild kit will not help. 3. Troubleshoot the problem in order to find and repair only the fault that is present. It goes like this, the battery has sufficient charge to energize the starter solenoid, but once the solenoid contacts close and power is supplied to the motor, voltage to the solenoid drops and the contacts open, removing power to the motor.Clutch Replacement on 2005 Vulcan 800 Classic. I have taken the carb apart at least 4 times and checked everything over. Float is sitting right where it should be.With the engine off and the petcock set in the run or reserve positions you should be able to remove the fuel line and get no flow. If you do, rebuild/replace the petcock. The needle valve is the key in the carb issue. The carb. float presses the needle valve to regulate fuel flow.
