We have 9 3020-4020 tractors and they all act as you describe.We just live with it because after 1 minute all the hyd. work fine,part of farming with 40-50 year old tractors.I don't start in the mornings like I did 25 years ago either.LOL. OP.. Inmate penpal ads

Make sure the surfaces are clean and I roughed them up with some really coarse sandpaper so that the JB weld had something to bite. I have had them on for 6 months and so far so good.
