2024 Franchi affinity vs benelli m2

The pricing really isn’t a concern for me, I’m okay spending the money but really don’t want to go over $1300-$1500. I’ve also had my eye on the benelli m2, but wonder if there’s more value in getting the Franchi or Retay over the name benelli.. How to tell if it is waterford crystal

I prefer the stock on my m2 better though. It has a much better recoil pad on it and I also like how the trigger is easier to reach. The Franchi just has a little more distance between the grip and the trigger. One other difference is the forearm is slimmer on the m2, but I have zero issues with the forearm on the affinity. The M2 holds four rounds to the five for the Silver and both can accept extensions. The Silver should also be a little better with lighter loads (bigger difference in 12 gauge). The Silver has a top locking lug and the M2 has a rotary bolt face.
